At this time, we do not deliver to the Channel Islands or P.O. boxes.

3. Order Processing and Delivery Timeframes

Order processing time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday)

Transit time: 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday)

Estimated delivery time: 8–15 business days from the date of order

Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. GMT, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that the delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or due to courier delays.

6. Delivery of Fragile and Oversized Items

We take special care when packing and delivering home décor products, including fragile, glass, or bulky items.

All orders are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
